GR7 titanium alloy (National Standard TA9 titanium-palladium alloy) is a specialized corrosion-resistant pipe material fabricated by adding 0.12%–0.25% palladium to pure titanium, serving as a core component in chemical engineering and seawater desalination applications. Compared to conventional pure titanium pipes, Aolis GR7 titanium pipes leverage the unique electrochemical properties of palladium to rapidly repair surface oxide passivation films. They effectively address pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion challenges under conditions involving reducing acids (e.g., hydrochloric and sulfuric acid), high-temperature chlorides, and seawater salt mist, overcoming the inherent susceptibility of standard titanium to failure in acidic environments, thereby establishing themselves as indispensable metal piping solutions for severe corrosive conditions.

All GR7 titanium alloy pipes produced by our company are manufactured through a fully proprietary process, encompassing vacuum melting, ingot forging, cold rolling and extrusion, as well as precision heat treatment, with complete quality control throughout the entire cycle. Both seamless and welded pipe variants can be customized according to specific requirements. Raw materials undergo strict control of impurity levels (including oxygen, iron, and hydrogen) to ensure consistent mechanical properties; finished products achieve an elongation rate exceeding 20%, combining lightweight construction with high strength while maintaining only 60% of the density of steel, significantly reducing overall equipment load. These pipes exhibit excellent weldability, making them suitable for various piping applications in equipment systems. Dimensions range from outer diameter 6 mm to 120 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 10 mm, with individual pipes up to 6 meters in length customizable. Surface finishes include pickling, bright polishing, or matte finishing, all manufactured in full compliance with the ASTM B338 international standard and China's national standard GB/T3621, offering flexible specifications for diverse applications such as heat exchanger pipelines, reactor vessels, and seawater transportation systems.

Quality control is our company's core competitive advantage. Each batch of GR7 titanium tubes undergoes comprehensive inspection including spectral composition analysis, hydrostatic pressure testing, non-destructive testing, and simulated corrosion immersion tests, with complete material certificates and test reports issued to eliminate issues such as wall cracks, uneven wall thickness, or excessive impurities. Our dedicated R&D team provides customized pipe optimization solutions tailored to customers' medium temperature, pH level, and equipment operating conditions. Both small-batch samples and large-scale shipments can be delivered promptly, while export packaging uses moisture-resistant solid wood boxes to ensure damage-free transportation over long distances.

With three core advantages—exceptional corrosion resistance, long service life, and low maintenance costs—our GR7 titanium alloy pipes are exported worldwide and widely used in applications such as chemical chlor-alkali production lines, seawater desalination heat exchange systems, offshore oil and gas platform pipelines, nuclear power cooling systems, and precision pharmaceutical reaction equipment. Compared to stainless steel and conventional titanium materials, Aolis GR7 titanium pipes significantly reduce equipment replacement frequency and offer lower overall long-term operating costs.

Based in Baoji's Titanium Valley industrial hub, Baoji Aolisi Import & Export consistently delivers high-quality rare metal products to serve the global manufacturing sector. Moving forward, we will continue refining the processing technology for GR7 titanium alloy pipes, deepen our expertise in customized corrosion-resistant pipe solutions, and establish ourselves as a trusted long-term supplier of GR7 titanium pipes worldwide through consistent quality, comprehensive after-sales support, and flexible customization options.
