Our titanium flanges are manufactured from certified pure titanium Gr1(TA1), Gr2(TA2), titanium alloy Gr5(TC4/Ti-6Al-4V), Gr7(TA9), Gr12(TA10) per ASTM B381, ASME B16.5, EN1092, JIS B2220 and HG/T industrial standards, covering multiple types including weld neck flange, slip-on flange, threaded flange, lap joint flange and blind flange with sealing faces of RF, FF, RTJ, ranging from DN10 to DN3000 and pressure class 150LB~2500LB. All raw titanium ingots and bars are self-inspected before forging and CNC machining, with strict ultrasonic flaw detection, dimensional tolerance test and surface roughness control (Ra≤1.6μm) to eliminate casting pores, cracks and machining defects.
Compared with stainless steel and carbon steel counterparts, our titanium flanges feature core superior properties. With a density of only 4.43g/cm³ (60% of steel density), they cut overall equipment weight by over 35% while maintaining high tensile strength up to 900MPa for TC4 alloy grade, realizing lightweight design without sacrificing structural safety under high pressure. Thanks to the self-repairing dense TiO₂ passive film on titanium surface, our products stand outstanding resistance against seawater, chloride ion, strong acid, alkali and sulfide medium corrosion; service life in marine and chemical environments is 5~10 times longer than ordinary steel flanges and drastically reduces later maintenance and replacement cost for end users. Besides, titanium owns excellent toughness from -196℃ ultra-low temperature to 450℃ high temperature, well-suited for LNG, cryogenic chemical and offshore deep-sea engineering piping systems.
Supported by our in-house precision machining workshop with complete forging, numerical control processing and heat treatment equipment, Aulister accepts standard stock orders and customized non-standard titanium flange production based on clients’ drawings, special dimension or material requirements.
