Located in Baoji, China, Baoji Aulister is a solid non-ferrous metal processing factory specializing in the R&D and production of titanium, tantalum, niobium, molybdenum, nickel, sputtering targets, and precision-machined components. Leveraging mature processing expertise in rare and refractory metals, we supply high-purity tantalum boats (tantalum evaporation boats) in bulk. Manufactured from high-purity tantalum raw material through stamping, bending, precision welding, and vacuum annealing, our boats feature high dimensional accuracy, excellent high-temperature resistance, and low impurity content. They are widely used in vacuum thermal evaporation coating, optical coating, semiconductors, electronic components, and metallurgical sintering.

With a melting point of up to 2,996°C, tantalum metal exhibits outstanding high-temperature strength, good ductility, and exceptional corrosion resistance. It is highly stable in vacuum and high-temperature environments and does not readily react with evaporation source materials. Compared with molybdenum and tungsten boats, tantalum boats offer superior chemical stability, are less likely to contaminate the coating layer, and effectively improve thin-film purity and product yield. We provide folded-type, channel-type, single-groove, multi-groove, and stamped boats with electrode ears, and support non-standard customization based on drawings or samples. Tolerances are tightly controlled, and surfaces can be acid-washed or bright-finished to meet the requirements of various vacuum coating equipment.
We maintain stock of mainstream Ta1 and Ta2 tantalum grades, corresponding to ASTM standards R05200 and R05400, with purity levels ranging from 99.95% to 99.995%. Production strictly follows ASTM B708 standards, and material inspection reports are available for every batch. We accept orders from small-batch sampling to large-volume production. Samples are available for testing upon request. Export packaging is moisture-proof and oxidation-resistant, suitable for sea and air freight.

Tantalum boats are primarily used for vacuum evaporation of various metals and oxide materials. They are core consumables for optical lens coating, decorative coating, electronic thin-film preparation, and precious metal evaporation. Many high-end evaporation processes impose strict requirements on impurity control for crucible containers. High-purity tantalum boats minimize impurity introduction during the evaporation process and reduce product defect rates.
Baoji Aulister insists on in-house production at the source, eliminating middleman markups. We maintain independent control over raw materials and implement full-process quality management. In addition to tantalum boats, we also supply tantalum crucibles, tantalum sheets, tantalum foils, molybdenum boats, tungsten evaporation boats, titanium machined parts, and various metal sputtering targets. Overseas customers are welcome to send drawings, specifications, and quantities for quotation. We will promptly provide detailed quotations, delivery schedules, and material certificates, and we look forward to establishing long-term, stable partnerships.
