    Baoji Aulister Import and Export Co., Ltd. is an entity factory enterprise based in Baoji, Shaanxi Province, specializing in the R&D, processing, and export of rare non-ferrous metals. The company focuses on titanium, tantalum, niobium, molybdenum, and nickel series metal materials, various sputtering targets, and precision machined components.     Tantalum balls are one of our core export products. Metallic tantalum possesses an ultra-high melting point, excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, outstanding chemical stability, and good biocompatibility. It is an indispensable rare metal material for high-end chemical engineering, vacuum coating, semiconductors, medical devices, aerospace, and precision scientific research. Our high-purity tantalum balls feature dense microstructure, smooth surface, high sphericity, and extremely low impurity content. They undergo precision forging, smelting, and finishing processes, with no pores or cracks, ensuring uniform and stable performance. They can withstand long-term operation under complex conditions such as high temperature, strong corrosion, and high vacuum.


    We are capable of mass-producing two major series: pure tantalum balls and tantalum-tungsten alloy balls. The mainstream grades cover R05200 pure tantalum, R05252 (Ta-2.5W), and R05255 (Ta-10W) tantalum-tungsten alloys. Product purity can reach 99.9%–99.95%, with diameters supporting conventional specifications from 1 mm to 50 mm. We also accept custom orders for non-standard sizes and special alloy ratios based on customer drawings and specific process requirements. They are widely used in vacuum coating evaporation materials, chemical anti-corrosion accessories, precision instrument counterweights, metallurgical additives, medical implant accessories, and high-end laboratory research materials.


    All tantalum ball products are strictly manufactured in accordance with ASTM B365 and ASTM F560 standards. Each shipment is accompanied by a complete COA material inspection report and chemical composition analysis sheet, ensuring full traceability of quality. The factory is equipped with a complete set of in-house smelting, forming, precision machining, and inspection equipment. We can handle both small-batch sample orders and large-volume foreign trade orders, with stable delivery schedules and mature export experience.
