Backed by the industrial cluster advantages of rare metals in Baoji, our company specializes in manufacturing titanium, tantalum, niobium, molybdenum, nickel, sputtering targets and precision non-ferrous metal machined components. As a core refractory metal product, niobium high-temperature alloy sheets feature outstanding high-temperature strength and excellent weldability and formability, making them critical materials for aerospace, energy and vacuum equipment sectors. We provide custom processing, sample procurement and bulk supply to customers worldwide.

Niobium high-temperature alloys are solid-solution strengthened alloys with metallic niobium as the base matrix, alloyed with hafnium, zirconium, titanium, tungsten and other elements. The two mainstream grades are C103 (Nb-10Hf-1Ti) and Nb-1Zr. Boasting a melting point of 2468°C, these alloys maintain stable mechanical properties continuously at 1000–1400°C under vacuum or inert atmospheres. They deliver excellent ductility, enabling rolling, bending, welding and precision machining. Additional comprehensive strengths include superior resistance to liquid metal corrosion and low neutron absorption cross-section, addressing the drawbacks of molybdenum and tungsten alloys such as severe room-temperature brittleness and difficult processing.

The finished sheets feature uniform metallographic structures free of delamination, cracks and inclusions. Material Test Certificates (MTC) are supplied with every batch, and third-party re-inspection services such as ultrasonic testing and mechanical property testing are available upon request.

    Primary Application Fields

✅ Aerospace: Rocket thrust chambers, thermal shielding panels for attitude control engines, high-temperature structural components, gas vane substrates

✅ Nuclear Energy: Reactor internal components, liquid metal heat exchange assemblies

✅ Vacuum High-Temperature Equipment: High-temperature heat shields, heat treatment tooling, evaporation coating bases

✅ Chemical Equipment: Corrosion-resistant lining plates and special reaction vessels for high-temperature heavily corrosive environments

As a local non-ferrous metal export processing manufacturer based in Baoji, we operate a full industrial chain covering ingot melting, rolling and precision machining, eliminating intermediate links and ensuring controllable lead times. We offer deep processing services including cutting, drilling and milling based on customer drawings. Small-batch sample testing and long-term mass orders are both accommodated, catering to import and export demands across Europe, America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
