Niobium high temperature alloy plates are refractory alloy sheets based on high-purity niobium matrix, strengthened by alloying elements including zirconium, hafnium and titanium. They feature ultra-high melting point, outstanding high-temperature strength, excellent ductility and weldability, paired with stable corrosion resistance and low-temperature toughness. Unlike tungsten and molybdenum alloys, niobium high temperature alloys show no obvious room-temperature brittleness and are easy to form and machine. As indispensable core high-temperature resistant materials, they are widely adopted in aerospace, vacuum high-temperature equipment, nuclear energy and high-end chemical industries, capable of long-term service at 1000–1400°C under vacuum or inert atmosphere environments.
We mass-produce a full range of mainstream internationally recognized grades covering mainstream market demands, with custom non-standard production available to meet global industrial standards. Our core grades include Nb-1Zr and C103 (Nb-10Hf-1Ti). Special proportion niobium alloy plates can be customized according to clients’ working conditions.

Our full production workflow covers vacuum melting, multi-pass precision rolling and vacuum annealing, ensuring uniform metallographic structure free of cracks, delamination, inclusions and other defects. All products come with MTC material test certificates, ultrasonic inspection reports and mechanical property test reports, fully compliant with international export standards.
Our niobium alloy plates are extensively used in aerospace engine hot-end components, rocket thrust chambers, heat shields for vacuum heat treatment, internal nuclear facility components, anti-corrosion lining plates for high-temperature chemical equipment and more.
