Manufactured from national standard TC4 (Gr5) titanium alloy via integrated precision CNC turning. Rockwell hardness 34–36 HRC, tensile strength ≥895 MPa—far surpassing aluminum alloy and ordinary steel pegs. Resists bending and breaking when hammered into gravel, frozen soil, or hard mud; securely anchors tarps and tents in high winds, suitable for all complex outdoor terrains.
Titanium density is only 4.43 g/cm³—just 60% the weight of stainless steel at equivalent dimensions. The complete set packs away with zero burden, perfect for hiking, mountaineering, camping, beaches, and snowfields.
Titanium's natural passive film resists seawater, rainwater, and saline-alkali corrosion. No rusting or oxidation flaking after prolonged use in coastal camping or humid rainforests; no additional anti-rust treatment required.
One-piece CNC lathe forming with smooth, sharp tips for easy ground penetration; tail end reserved with a lanyard hole, standard with wear-resistant Dyneema rope; matte brushed surface, burr-free to protect tent fabric; dimensional tolerance strictly controlled within ±0.1 mm.

As a local physical processing factory in Baoji, we own in-house titanium forging, CNC precision machining, and inspection workshops. From titanium bar raw material to finished product, the entire process is under our autonomous control. Every batch is accompanied by a Material Test Certificate (MTC) in compliance with ASTM B348 international standards.
