Baoji Aulister Import and Export Co., Ltd. is located in Baoji, China’s “Titanium Valley”. We are a physical manufacturer integrating production, processing and export sales. Our main products cover titanium, tantalum, niobium, molybdenum, nickel, target materials and precision machined parts. We independently produce various titanium pipe fittings, among which titanium elbows are our core export items. Suitable for harsh working conditions including chemical industry, ocean engineering, petroleum & petrochemical, hydrometallurgy and seawater desalination as well as new‑energy projects. We supply both standard parts and non‑standard customized solutions for global clients. Overseas customers are welcome to send drawings and parameters for inquiries.

The titanium elbow is a key component to change fluid flow direction in piping systems. It is manufactured by seamless or welded processes, available in angles of 45°, 60°, 90° and 180°, with bending radii of 1D, 1.5D, 3D and 5D. Titanium forms a dense protective oxide film, delivering excellent corrosion resistance against chloride ions, seawater, acid‑alkali‑salt media and wet chlorine gas. Compared with stainless steel and carbon steel, it features greatly extended service life, light weight, high strength, favorable weldability and high‑temperature resistance, which significantly cuts later‑stage maintenance and replacement costs. It is the preferred piping solution for heavily corrosive service environments.

Our titanium elbows are manufactured in strict compliance with international and domestic standards including ASTM B363, ASME B16.9 and GB/T12459. Nondestructive testing, mechanical property inspection and chemical composition analysis are performed before delivery. Material test certificates EN10204 3.1 are available. Surface finishes include pickling, sandblasting and mechanical polishing. Dimensions, wall thickness and pressure ratings can be customized per customer drawings. Large‑bore sizes and special‑grade alloy products are also available.

    Brief Grade Description

    • TA1 (Gr1): High‑purity commercial pure titanium. Good ductility and formability, ideal for low‑pressure corrosion‑resistant pipelines.

    • TA2 (Gr2): Mainstream commercial pure titanium grade with balanced corrosion resistance and mechanical strength; most widely used in chemical industry.

    • TA9 / TA10 (Gr7 / Gr12): Palladium‑alloyed titanium for reducing‑acid service and high‑temperature crevice corrosion conditions.

    • TC4 (Gr5) Titanium Alloy: High‑strength grade for piping systems under high‑pressure, impact and high‑temperature working conditions.

    Application Fields

Widely applied in chlor‑alkali chemical plants, seawater desalination, offshore oil & gas platforms, hydrometallurgy, pharmaceutical production, environmental desulfurization and new‑energy industries, for conveying highly corrosive fluids such as seawater, acidic media and chloride‑containing solutions.

As an original manufacturer, we support OEM / ODM customization according to customer drawings, dimensions and standards. Overseas buyers may send inquiries with project operating conditions, media information and size requirements to obtain quotations and sample proposals.
